Applegate Associates conducts site and facility inspections to identify violations of OSHA standards and other unsafe work practices. An Applegate OSHA compliance audit or inspection sets forth inspection findings and provides a remedial roadmap for corrective action to achieve the objective of a safe workplace.

• Representation at Informal OSHA Conferences
When OSHA issues citations for violations, there is a (15) fifteen day interim period in which the cited firm can request an informal conference. This provides a company with the opportunity to be proactive and mitigate the violation(s). Applegate assists clients by analyzing citations and developing a safety program that includes management training to correct the violations which often helps in fine abatement.

• OSHA Intervention
A company has the right to have a representative accompany an OSHA inspector during routine inspections. For Applegate clients that have ongoing contracts, an Applegate representative will act as the company's representative.
